Hydrojet Dolphin Cruise

Overview

We leave our dock in the Hydrojet and cruise the Destin Harbor and then into the East Pass. We will then pick up speed and head into the Gulf of Mexico. Hydrojet then travels east down the beach always searching for marine life such as: dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, sting rays and manatees, ect. Once we find marine life we stop and let you take pictures and video. During days with choppy water we will do wave jumping.

PLEASE remember to TIP the crew, they work hard before, dearing and after your trip to make it very memorable.

It was an amazing time good energy great music yet we did missed out on an actual dolphin sighting since none came out that day with us… it just as breathing taking though feeling the wind waves and great experience

There were no dolphins, which isn’t necessarily their fault. However, we spent over half the time buzzing the beach lines for what seemed like advertising for them since the name is plastered all over the boat. I’m pretty sure I went faster in my pontoon the day before. Also, we didn’t crash any waves or do any fun maneuvers as was advertised when we booked it. Overall it was a disappointing experience and in the future we will book with another of the attractions when we come back. If you do go, and you sit in the back of the boat, be prepared to leave with a headache due to the exhaust fumes that seem to be blowing right in your mouth.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy your time. We don't advertise this as a speedboat or a boat that does crazy maneuvers.We are a fast dolphin cruise that goes between 30-35mph.We will jump waves when there waves but we have no control over the ocean so unfortunately there are days where the water is calmer and there are no waves . We're sorry you weren't able to see dolphins. We have a great success rate on finding them but they are wild so we don't guarantee seeing them ..The reason we cruise down the beaches is because that's where the dolphins 🐬are found and spotted 99% of the time .Normally the exhaust doesn't blow fumes and we are now aware of an issue that arose with the boat and it has been pulled out for maintenance and repairs so that there are no fume smells coming from the exhaust.
