It is always one of the highlights of a trip to Sonoma Wine country to stop in for a food and wine pairing at one of the Williamson Wines Tasting rooms. we have been wine club members there since 2007 and never miss a chance to drop in or schedule a pairing event. My wife has even taken a group from her high school reunion class there on multiple occasions where everyone has had a fabulous time. Not many wine clubs have such a direct relationship with the actually winery owners as those in Williamson wines. The last time my fife went to Sonoma with there reunion group, the Williamsons hosted them at their recently renovated bard for lunch and wine tasting. Bill and Dawn, along with their son Sam, set a standard for welcoming and congeniality that is well matched by their staff. Williamson wine club pick up parties are legendary for the amount of food and wine that is available for members.

We bumped into this place by accident after we were sent there by a competitor who was closing when we got there. We felt right at home and enjoyed some great wine tasting combined with food pairing. The owner was there and came over and welcomed us. A great experience and great wine that you get only get direct. Definitely stop by and get a nice experience with your tasting!
