The Iconic New York City Tour is a 5 hour walking photo tour that begins in midtown Manhattan at the very busy Grand Central Terminal (1 million commuters passing through it everyday!) This is the classic New York City sightseeing featured in films and literature. The tour continues with Iconic architecture and historical information about the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building, and much more.

What To Expect

Shoot New York City

This is a private tour and the cost is $300 for a group up to 4 people. Tour Suggestions are a sample of some of the possible places you can go on my tours with the length of time and cost included. My tours are designed for those who want to discover New York City, with or without camera. Included are historical, architectural and cultural information about the city. As well, suggestions are offered about how to get around town or other places you might want to visit while you’re here. Photos documenting your tour can also be included. For photo tours (beginners to advanced) assistance is provided on camera use, techniques and photographic opportunities to achieve the best shot. Genres include (but are not limited to) urban landscapes, graffiti and street photography. I specialize in customized tours to suit your specific interests and any of the sample tours can be modified or we can start from scratch.

We had three very inspiring days with Leanne. She showed us Manhattan in ways we've never seen the city before and forever changed the way we look through our cameras. Her sweet and special method of generously sharing her knowledge left a lasting imprint on us and our photographic style, resulting in a newfound love for street photography. Leanne is a street photographer that is extremely good at her craft and insightful into the genre. She tailored the experience to everybody's personality and interest. She also loves sharing her observations of the street around us and more importantly interesting people around us. It doesn't hurt that she is a very warm-hearted person that genuinely cares about everybody's experience. I have watched many hours of YouTube videos on street photograph during the pandemic, and I can assure you that now I wish my time were not spent that way LOL. After this workshop, I will never view and practice street photography the same way again. Really looking forward to future workshops!
