The Shanghai Theatre is the worst and Rick Thomas is an old has been. I’m sure there was a day when he was impressive but now he’s pitiful. Please don’t waste your money!!

Hmmm. This allows me to share a recently received review that I hope at least one person reads... (Laura). My very wish is that your life is touched by magic. Rick’s show was so incredibly entertaining and magical that it made even my cynical 20, 17 and 14-year-old children fans! However, a different kind of magic has made a profound impression on me. Most entertainers take the stage to receive adoration from the audience, but Mr. Thomas was very clearly different. His show was most definitely about giving us the audience something sincere and genuine. I truly believed his words and magic were right from his heart to ours and I was moved. That’s right. A 47-year-old man, a veteran, a dude was touched by the performance of an illusionist. His show was awesomely grand but his message was pure. He even took the time to shake hands, sign autographs and speak to each audience member after the show! I am now a lifelong fan. Thank you so much for a life changing event!!! – Troy T

Fun magical time! Rick will make you laugh and amaze you with his illusions. Rocking soundtrack, lovely dancers, and true stories of Rick’s adventures. We were astounded by his illusions, you will keep wondering “How did he do that?” I could come back to see this show every year!

What a wrap to a great weekend. This was the finale for our escape to Branson for a 36yr old son and 56 yr old mom combo. This was definitely fun for both of us and a great show. The artist and crew put on a great show. We got a little of their history on the way. Mr Thomas was fun and engaging with the audience and kind to children who got excited and interupted. He managed to be personally engaged with the audience while staying professional and entertaining. I would enthusiastically encourage you to see the show and just for a minute...return to childhood and enjoy the magic.
