What was worse? This was my first experience with immersive. I don't know if it was the horrible non appropriate, loud music, the motion pictures, or the venew. The Lighthouse Art building had wonderful and friendly people working there which made us feel welcome from the beginning. Once inside, the walls were very ornate with columns and balconies that took away from the viewing of the pictures. The pictures were very dark and not organized. The music was too loud and did not match the mood one would expect from viewing beautiful master pieces. This is a waste of money and time.

Terrible. The images floated by so quickly, with no identification of artists and their works. What the heck was a Renoir doing in there? No guide (badly needed) as to what was being shown.

Miserable experience. Children running rampant through venue entire hour we were there. Management takes no action. Waste of money
