Incredible Aurora Viewing Adventure

Overview

* The adventure starts in our warm, modern luxury VIP sprinter van to one or more locations that, depending on weather, will be best for viewing.
* Learn from a local expert about Fairbanks and Alaska in a small group setting (no more than 14 guests)
* Training on how to take photos of the Incredible Northern Lights with hands-on assistance
* Enjoy looking up stargazing into the universe, glamour at the constellations, maybe catch a shooting star, and chase the Aurora Borealis
* Per request, while waiting for Aurora we offer a campfire with delicious, homegrown, Alaskan reindeer hot dogs
* On evenings when the Northern Lights are exceptionally active, we may stay out later for your enjoyment
* Aurora Portraits are included if desired for FREE.
We will only go out when we know we are going to see some Aurora. If you are scheduled for a day and the weather is not favorable we will call and suggest a better day.

We went on this tour on our first trip to Alaska after already going on the Hot Springs tour with the same company. They are always very professional, take you in a big comfortable modern van and work to make sure you have a good time .. we were very impressed with their service and we got really lucky on our last day in Alaska seeing the northern lights .. they took us to the perfect place and we got the perfect pictures that we hoped for .. thanks again and we highly recommend … they managed the evening very well and i highly recommend

If you truly believe we deserve a one star review then leave it but please know you are effecting not only the company but also our family. You can see out of all of our reviews we have you are the only 1 star review as we love our clients and always deliver the best service in the industry. The day your tour was scheduled had 100% cloudy weather conditions with no chances of viewing the lights. We reached out to you via the number you provided and via email early the morning of your experience. You were actually given three options 1 cancel for a full refund 2 reschedule for a better day 3 go out anyways After not being able to contact you and all other guests rescheduled or canceled for the night we logically figured you must be stuck somewhere in travel due to the winter storm warning advisory. "The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Fairbanks and central Interior communities. Snow, sleet and ice are in the forecast through Tuesday morning." We are very disappointed to have this one star review. You have been fully refunded for the night of Aurora viewing where you would not have viewed any Aurora due to the weather. All other guest were thrilled and overjoyed that they had the option to not go out on a 100% cloud coverage night. Thank you for considering removing your review.

The temperature -38 was unforgettable experience The hot dogs were very good. The guide person was super friendly and informative concern for our comfort all the times. I wished we had seen more of the aurora
