Great Experience renting a road bike. The lady who assisted me was absolutely thorough. She got my bike ready, put on my pedal and added a Garmin mount. A well oiled machine with a very kind disposition. She walked be through routes and various roads which included Arnold Dr on my trip to Santa Rosa (day 1) and day 2: Cavedale & Mt Veeder climbs. Highly Recommend!

Booking was simple and they did a nice job communicating with me about needs for a large group. Mixture of eBike and Road Bike without a problem. Check in was efficient and they created a route for us including recommendations for food along the way. Then they sent it to my phone as a map. Bikes were great and had necessary tools as well as a phone holder on the handlebar. Obviously, the cycling was phenomenal with beautiful vistas. Lous was a great place to stop for lunch. Outdoor seating with phenomenal chicken sandwiches, brussel sprouts and other items that all looked great.
