Overview

Captain Rob Hansill is a Florida native and U.S. Marine (retired). He is the father of two sons and lives in Niceville with his wife of 25 years. Rob holds a Masters endorsement on his Merchant Mariner Credential, Title 46 U.S. Code, and is certified by The United States Coast Guard National Maritime Center.
Captain Rob’s passion is to help people find their joy and manage grief. One day on the water can break a cycle of sadness. Families touched by tragedy, cancer-survivors, and combat veterans have priority. Purple Heart recipients and Wounded Warriors fish for free (Please call ahead for coordination).
All are welcome for a day “at EASE”.

Hands down the BEST fishing trip I’ve ever booked! Captain Rob is an absolute professional. He made this a very memorable experience for our family, especially our 6 year old who was a first timer. From the minute you set foot on his boat, you feel like family. We will definitely book again when we come back!

Chris, Kate, Wyatt, and Dalton were a bunch of fun. They were vacationing here in Destin from the Dallas area. My favorite kind of trip is with kids! The energy and excitement that they bring is amazing. Wyatt and Dalton caught redfish (one actually had no spots--super rare) and several black drum. My boys and I had a great time on the water with Captain Rob. He is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and it felt like we were fishing with a family friend. L4K is the best charter option in Destin area!

Ryan, Greyson, and Brecken came all the way from Kansas to fish with me here in Destin. Outstanding anglers! Greyson may have found his destiny to be a captain some day. Captain Rob gave us a great experience and put us on tons of fish. With two younger kids he made sure everyone always had bait on their line and would help the kids cast to the spots if needed. Will definitely rebook the next time we are down in the area

Jeff, Holly, Blake, and Brooklyn came down from Minnesota to fish with me here in Destin. All aboard knew how to fish. We found redfish, snappers, and drum. The one that got away was probably a "dock marlin" or cold war submarine :) Brooklyn loved that a mother dolphin and her baby that swam next to the boat the entire time.
