Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
This is a novice/beginner mountain biking activity - basic cycling skills are required but no prior off-road mountain biking experience is required.

We are asking that guests drive their own vehicle and follow the guide to the trailhead as a means of minimizing contact between you and your guide. If that’s not possible and you prefer to get in our van, you will then need to wear a mask while in our vehicle and when you are close to the guide.

We had a perfect ride with the best guide ever - Julie. She was so accommodating to our different experience levels and really took time to make sure we all were safe, had a blast and learned about the area and about mtn biking. Super fun day and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, exceeded our expectations in every way. Especially Julie. Awesome!

I was nervous about mountain biking for the first time. Jeff was fantastic at instructing us about proper riding techniques and leading us on a fun, but safe ride. I feel more confident and ready to try more!

We are a fit bunch but needed the technical tips, perfect tour! Great instruction, loop challenging enough to be varied, entertaining and by the end you are feeling pretty comfortable switching gears and flying through the terrain. ❤️🚴🏻‍♀️
