We were celebrating our anniversary with our whole family and wanted to have them experience a wonderful luau. What we received was very rude customer service from the front desk all the way until we were seated. The lines were very unorganized and this was just to get into the venue. The food was sitting out before we were even seated. When we finally went through the food line, most of the food was out and you couldnt even get water refills. The performances were average at best.

Excellent luau with lots of food and great show. Worth the money!!! There was plenty of mai tai’s. I like the procession from the water. The lovely hula dance session with my wife. It was so memorable. If u are worried about the price from what i’ve experienced its worth every cent. Best luau in kona

I am sure this was the norm for a luau. I think I got too excited and was not as impressed as I expected, It was VERY HOT and where the luau was located, there was no breeze. Glad to experience it, won't do it again.
