Our family of 8 enjoyed the experience. Check in took a while, but we found out the delay was for a group photo. Seating was easy. If you want a flower lei you need to purchase it. Food was fine - we even tried the poi. Entertainment was incredible. Definitely a "must do" for first-time visitors.
