This luau was a disappointment & not worth the money ($351 plus gratuity for 2 adults). The food was cold & there was very little of it. Desserts a huge disappointment & only 1 bar open. The entertainment was equally disappointing & cheesy. Also no fire dancing. I thought we would learn about luau traditions, but instead we got a cheesy show. We left 1 45 min in as we couldn’t take it anymore.

The most terrible luau in my life, they moved it indoor because of weather conditions. for me it would be better if they would cancel. The food was like in a cheap buffet for $9.99 not for $194,27 per person, so $600.17 for three of us. The show was like a amateur group. We went to the Luau before in anotherIsland and we know how this has to be. We brought my mom to this one for her first time and we filled so terrible for her. We would not recommend this place!!!

First the good: -The food was plentiful and delicious. There was a great variety of both Hawaiian food and some kid friendly classics to keep everyone happy. The bar served up plenty of tasty drinks for kids and adults. -The location is beautiful. Watching the Alii come in on canoes was a highlight for everyone and the sunset was gorgeuos. There is plenty of room for the kiddos to run around and have fun when they get bored of the show (and they will). Now the not so good: -The pacing of the show is terrible. It feels like they try to stretch a 30 minute show into 2 hours to make it feel like you are getting more. There are long stretches with nothing going on and the kids quickly lost interest. It would be far better to make a shorter show with more consistent entertainment so that people stay engaged. -The cruise director style announcer was annoying. He tried to fill some of the gaps in the show but it was cheesy and most people tuned him out. -The luau location can be difficult to find from the parking area and there is no signage to help. We saw many groups wandering around lost. -The seating is first come, first served so people were lined up long before the event started and getting everyone in and seated took a long time. We got there early but were still seated a ways back and the shorter members of the group had a tough time seeing the stage. The tables are also crammed together so once everyone is seated it is a squeeze to get past to get back to the buffet. -There are people near the buffet line suggesting you skip the salad table in order to get food more quickly. What they fail to tell you is that this table is not just salad and also includes things like delicious poke. Do not skip this table!
