Luau was very nice and food was good. Viator's customer service prior was terrible. Never got back to me regarding transportation that is advertised as being included.

It was rained out, so they moved the luau inside to the ballroom. The storyline was great but it certainly wasn’t as good as the ones I have been to outdoors in the past.

Very fun show. Food was okay but at least it had an open bar! If you’ve never been to a luau before you can’t go wrong with this one... if you have been to a luau before then this isn’t going to be anything new...
