Paddle boarding and snorkeling are the best ways to get on and in the water. You will never get closer to nature. So close you can reach out and touch everything. Put them together with a little time hanging out on an island sipping cold drinks and munching on some fresh fruit and you will have one of the best days of your life.

This is the perfect activity for beginners or experienced snorkelers and paddlers. You don't even need to know how to swim. If you are feeling nervous while snorkeling just stand up. The crystal clear waters around the island are only about waist to chest deep. Plus we'll be there right by your side to teach and make sure you are safe and comfortable while in the water.

Of course the best part of snorkeling around the island is all the fish and wildlife you can see. Since the island is so close to a direct ocean inlet you can and will see many of the fish here that you would see out on the reef.

There is no bathroom available during the tour as we will be on a kayak/SUP. Bathrooms are available before and after tour.
The tour will go ahead whether or not there is rain, you will be notified if the tour is actually canceled by the time the tour begins.

It was a nice day though not as expected or advertised. Out of the 3 hour experience we snorkeled for about 20 min max. The majority of it was taken up by mandatory kayaking to and from an island in Biscayne Bay, with a 30 min boat ride to and from anotherrrr island (Raccoon Island) to which we snorkeled. The snorkeling was kind of a side step instead of the main thing. Also the gear is old school/cheap and not the updated full face snorkel mask. They don’t sanitize them in between groups. We got Covid afterwards.

This experience was AMAZING it was a first for us and we absolutely loved it booking was easy Jezel was the best my husband got scared and she helped him all the way through will Definitely try this again whenever I return!!!!

Staff are kind but this area is not ideal for snorkeling. I’m an avid snorkeler but family I traveled with are beginners so we chose this. Boat ride was lovely and the driver was knowledgeable and funny. The day was perfectly clear, water was perfect temp but the water is brown and dark. As well there isn’t “sand” on the island that goes into the water. There are rocks you have to step on to get in the water. NOT pebbles - actual rocks that hurt your feet. Flip flops won’t work as you slip and slide. You need the velcro water shoes that will stay on your feet. I actually had brought some but the guide didn’t say we needed those so I left on the boat before getting in the paddle boat and wore flip flops. Find a better location to snorkel, this isn’t it. We did see a few fish, stingray but again this area is dark, not the vibrant colors you expect to see when snorkeling.
