Received a call 2 hours prior to our tour departing that the tour guide tested positive for COVID and there was no backup guide available so our tour was cancelled. Was told our 3 tickets would be refunded 100%. 3 requests and 3 weeks later still no refund. I understand they can't help the guide testing positive but at least follow thru with your promise of a refund. Don't believe them if you try to cancel yourself or if they cancel on you.

Devin was our tour guide and did a fabulous job of touring us around the island and providing a lot of background and history. He pointed out all the Jaws filming locations, stopped for lobster rolls, have history of the Settlers as well as everyday local information. This is a great tour if you have little time on the island. Highly recommend!!
