Beautiful ride and awesome staff! Wish I could ride everyday. It was the first time riding since I was a kid. Everyone was so friendly and answered every question and more

The tour started an hour late as we were waiting for 2 other people to arrive who signed up for the 4-hour ride, unfortunately, the other 2 never showed up. There were others who all were there for the 2-hour rides, and they were handled first. It was a great ride, all the staff was very nice and we had a hail storm that came through very briefly, and we enjoyed it for a moment. We would have liked to have had the opportunity to trot, but it was very slow-paced due to the area. Unfortunately, the ride was not 4 hours, it was 3 hours, we were assured we would get the 4 hours due to the delay, but it was only 3 hours. I have time stamp photos of when we left for the ride and when we returned. I believe we paid more for what we received and should have been reimbursed.
