Staff were experts and very patient with riders who had no experience. Horses were gentle and perfect for first ride for a ten year old. Glad we took advantage of this experience to see the backcountry.

Go somewhere else!! This was awful. Unprofessional business & wranglers. Ran an hour late & ride got cut short "due to weather" when if we left on time we wouldn't have missed an hour of the tour. Be there at 9:30 just to leave at 10:38am & return at 1:40pm. 4 hour ride was really 3ish hours with a long lunch break in the 3 hours. Wranglers looked Unprofessional with their clothing. Making sexual jokes about each other loud enoughfor guests to hear & hear them laugh. Bunch of young staff just joking and playing around the whole time instead of getting ready for a ride WE PAID FOR. Guide wearing tennis shoes & dirty clothing. A guy named Kyle slapped my horse hard across the face because he was rubbing up on him. Then yelled at him all while I was getting on my horse!! All the wranglers were dragging tack on & in the dirt, unbrushed horses were being saddled. We were there way early to make sure we were on time and they were AN HOUR LATE!!!!!! They let their two hour go out first instead of the 4 hour going out. Excuse was "sorry guys we have a lot of people today." I have ridden at other wrangler outfits and they were always on time. This place is a waste of money!!!! I was extremely disappointed and this was a dream of mine! Bunch of kids not taking your experience & money seriously!

This was our FAVORITE! We had a 2 hour horseback riding adventure. We went with our sons who are 8 and 10. After reading reviews, I would say set expectations. We made sure we got there at 9:30 a.m. There are lots of other tours checking in. We didn't get on our horses and out riding till closer till 10:45. It was fine though! There was lots to see. We were told about the ranch from the owner/maybe manager. Scarlett was amazing and shared some stories with us. There is a cute ranch kittie that the kids can pet. They petted horses and watched them get their horseshoes on too. If you are not familar with riding horses at all, then just know they really love them here. They are taking great care of them! Even if it is a little battle to get a horseshoe on, it is going to help them! They paired horses for each age group. We all were so happy. The horses pretty much know what to do and walk in line through beautiful scenary. It was amazing and fun! Our leader I think was Trey and he was great! They take pictures for you too. We would do this again! A memory forever! Thank you! - bonus, you can eat lunch right there when you finish before headed to your next activity. We were back on the road a little after 1:00.
