Had a reservation and had to hang around for 3 rides before I hit on mine, basically a hour and a half. Everyone was cool other than the dude who was conducting the arrivals and take offs.

Ruined nearly a full day of vacation. We booked jet ski rentals over a month in advance for 12noon. After leaving the dock late we arrive at another pontoon boat out in the water that is packed with people. Not until that point were we told there would be over an hour wait on this anchored pontoon crowded with 50 people, only 25 chairs and only shade for about 15. Nothing at all for kids to do. Finally got on the jet ski close to 2pm (12 reservation) and the jet ski would only go 8mph. So o had to come back for repair during my 30 min ride. Also they force you to take a go pro camera AND you must come back after 15 min so they can change the camera angle. Such a waste of time. Note you cannot use your own camera at all. Also the jet skis were pretty beat up and had several taped up patches. Oh and did I mention you only get to use them in a race track style circle? And the water is super choppy(again because we ended up going in alter afternoon because they were so behind schedule). Also be prepared to pay $10each for goggles which are required and if you want a towel it is $20 each person. Overall it took over 4 hours for a 30 min (or less) jet ski rental. Find another company and location or be prepared for a long day.

What’s the point of a 12:00 appointment if I don’t get on the jet skis until 2:30?!! Made me rush the rest of my day just to get to my dinner luau. Thanks but no thanks!! And $10 to “rent” goggles? Rip off!!
