Overview

Jetski on Biscayne Bay and South Beach Miami on this 60 minute adventure. We will meet on Collins Ave and start this experience with going on a 20 Minute pontoon boat to the Jet Skis located in Biscayne Bay. You will have a tour guide instructing you on how to use the JetSki and you will be off to an incredibly fun 60 minute ride. You will have free time to enjoy the views of South Beach and the Miami Skyline. Please estimate a total of 2 hours for this activity as you will enjoy a pontoon ride to the skis

I had a noon appointment and no one showed to the meeting point on 54th. I called the number given and they told us the meeting point was across from Eden Roc which was 9 tiring blocks away. We were told that someone would be there with a sign, awaiting us. We called again and again. It took 45 minutes for them to show. Once on the pontoon, we were then told we were not on their list. Come to find out, this is 3 companies in 1. This company is also associated with Blue Water Miami and an independent guy. The jet ski experience was fine. After 30 minutes of riding, we had to wait another 45 minutes for the pontoon to arrive. Upon arrival, they realized they overbooked the next group and had to sort it out which took another 30 minutes for us to leave. What was supposed to be a 1 hour excursion took a HALF DAY. Do NOT book if you don’t want your time wasted. I’d ask for a partial refund for missing my other reservation, but I’m sure the company won’t grant it.

Arrived at designated location and found no one. Called number on the voucher but no luck…..so, didn’t get to jet ski. Requested refund same day, only to be offered a discounted rate on a future jet ski rental. (???). After finally locating a human at the “company,” we were told our jet ski appointment was canceled due to wind. “Company” still won’t provide refund for the 4 prepaid jet ski rentals.

Jet skiing was amazing, weather was nice Staff was pleasant, everyone in my party was pleased with the tour, good experience for everyone, thanks for everything.. TJ
