Overview

Jetski on Biscayne Bay and South Beach Miami on this 60 minute adventure. We will meet on Collins Ave and start this experience with going on a 20 Minute pontoon boat to the Jet Skis located in Biscayne Bay. You will have a tour guide instructing you on how to use the JetSki and you will be off to an incredibly fun 60 minute ride. You will have free time to enjoy the views of South Beach and the Miami Skyline. Please estimate a total of 2 hours for this activity as you will enjoy a pontoon ride to the skis

What a great experience thanks to Blue Water Jet skis people, we went out from the Marina to get the jet skis aboard a nice and big pontoon excellent to take pics and catch the moment, the jet ski ride is 1 hour all around Miami Beach area, 100% Recommended!

We booked the trip the same day we was going to do the adventure I received an email informing me of all these hidden fees which is against the law. Before our appointment time which was 11:30am I received a call request that we be there an hour before the event and not the original 15 minutes as it is printed on the entire website pages that I have uploaded. The Jet Ski’s are taped. up but we was told they were brand new. When we pulled of from the boat to actually get on the Jet ski the guy sold us all these unnecessary items that he said we needed and in actuality we didn’t. Coming back in to get on the boat to the doc they stated one of us put a hole in the ski but they couldn’t tell us how or when it occurred and that’s when they came with another hitter fee of we was supposed to pay a 100.00 deposit and that just so happened to be what they claim we old for this hole. I was very disappointed because of the lack of professionalism when approaching five women. Also I felt the aggressiveness was not called for. We didn’t receive the tour that is on the website. I will never book anything from this website nor the actual event holder.one more thing as I booked the trip the day of I was unable to cancel for a full or even partial refund. A trip that was supposed to cost 71.00 a piece without taxes ended up costing a grand total of $980.00 457.00 for five people 250 for gas 40.00 for them taking a boater safety test and the 100.00 for an imaginary hole.

Actually these Jetskis a less than 3 months old. You crashed into a wall under the bridge and refused to listen to the instructor and damaged the ski. We take picture of the ski as you go on and when you return. You were a.group of 5 and we understand everyone wants to have fun but you were racing and not paying attention to an actual wall on a bridge. All the fees are clearly displayed under INCLUSIONS. Please read products and what they include before booking.

Guides were responsive when trying to reach them to get to the location. However, for conversation were lacking. The launching point was difficult to find and then we had to walk to another launching point before getting on the pontoon. Boat driver was texting almost the entire way to jet skis. There were a couple of undisclosed fees. Gas is $50 per person!! And to take the Florida boat certification exam was an additional $10 each. None of this was covered by the $96 we paid.

Under the inclusions we clearly state that if you do not have a boat license we will help you do the paperwork. It is clear that Gas is NOT included and it is $50 additional on arrival.
