We visited New York over the New Year and booked two beautiful vehicles, a limo, and SUV for out big family of 10. First of all, kids were amazed and it came out to be a great surprise for them. In addition, the limo had free soft drinks and water. Our driver Giorgi and Alex helped us in carrying our suitcases. Customer Service was just stunning. Sophia was very sweet and friendly. She did not hesitate to answer any questions and was always ready to cooperate. We also asked Sophia if we could take a detour and cross the Brooklyn Bridge on the way to NYC; all the requirements were met by the driver for just a little additional charge, but it definitely worthed every penny. Overall, a great company that simply satisfied all our needs. Thanks to everyone. Without any doubt, we will always go for King and Queen Limo and suggest it to our close friends and family members. 5 out of 5!

For our first ever visit to NY we wanted to arrive in style. So how better to do it than by a limousine ride into the city center? King & Queen were very responsive to my enquiries and booking our ride was painless. We were assured that they would keep an eye on our flight to ensure that the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. When we made it through customs, the driver was nowhere to be seen. After repeated attempts to communicate with him we finally got a text saying he'd be there in about 10 minutes. Much much later, we finally had to wander around the drop-off bays to find where he had stopped. The limo felt old and tired and smelled of cigarette smoke. There were a few budget sweets and drinks inside. The drive to our hotel was uneventful - although the driver seemed to take off like a rocket each time there was a gap in the traffic - at one stage he went over a bump so hard that we flew up and hit our heads on the roof. Sadly I can't recommend this service - I think we'd have had a better experience for a fraction of the price by standing in line for a yellow taxi.

We hired a limo as a surprise for the children for the round trip from JFK to our hotel near Times Square. They (we!) loved it! The car was clean, comfortable and suitably blinged up inside with funky lighting and Bluetooth sound system, and the whole experience had them grinning from ear to ear. A wonderful way to arrive into New York and a great way to start and finish a holiday. Special mention should go to Sophia in the office. A delightful lady, very happy to help with all sorts of queries and sort out any issues with the bookings, and very quick to respond to emails. Communication (by phone, email and text) was first class. If I ever need a limo service again in New York, I will not hesitate to book with them again, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a to add a touch of glamour to their holiday!
