What an absolute nightmare. Had a party of 11 scheduled for a 0430 am pickup (which I had to pay extra for) to go to JFK. The minutes ticked by and no driver showed up. Of course when I called the company no one was available at that time of day. Had to load up 3 cars and pay approximately $1300 total for long term parking. This nightmare caused us to miss our flight. During an already stressful travel period, this was extremely unfortunate. The booking process was bizarre as well. The early morning $50 surcharge was snuck in at the end despite me having a earlier quote which clearly indicated a 0430 pick up. I decided not to fight it as I would’ve gladly paid for reliable service. I received about 15 different emails asking to confirm billing zip codes, tines etc… The explanation I received for their error that completely ruined a family vacation was “there was something wrong with the dispatch screen” huh? Please if you value your time and money and want the car you paid for to actually pick you up…go with another company.

The vehicle was scheduled at 4:30 our dispatch server went down. unfortunately, it was out of our control, it never happened to us before. our office is oppeninig 8:30 am and we were not able to send another vehicle. after all and Apologies WE REFUNDED FULL AMOUNT and OFFERED YOUR SERVICE BACK FOR FREE OF CHARGES. We Understand that it did not make your feelings any better but unfortunately at this time we were not able to help King And Queen Limo Team

travel, frequent long distance trips are a huge part of my job. i am a management consultant, and want to feel comfortable and relaxed while riding around in nyc. weather its riding to the airport, or from, or riding through manhattan. Bottom line is, this is an amazing limo company, and if your looking for clean, comfort, luxurious way to travel this is the way to go !
