This comprehensive tour of the main sites associated with the JFK assassinatiion included a lot of history about Dallas. We did a fair amount of driving on the 3 hour in a large, comfortable van. Our guide was a Dallas native, but too young to actually remember the events. We saw all of the key locations and some more obscure things. Highlights for me were the grassy knoll, Oswald rooming house and recreating the parade route. This tour includes admission to the museum which is an event in itself. I thought I knew a lot about the events of the day, but I discovered much more.

We originally were going only to the JFK Museum however my wife felt the tour of taking in the whole experience of JFKā€™s assassination and the aftermath. It turns out that we were the only ones on our tour. What made this tour so amazing was our tour guide, Johnny. He grew up in Dallas and shared stories of his granny being on the parade route that fateful day. Johnny had a way of describing events that gave us chills and made you raise more questions. He is so enthusiastic and the with him went by so fast! We will plan to use DallasFunTours again!
