This was such a great experience, in no small part due to our guide, the amazing Johnny Aguilar. He is bursting with enthusiasm and knowledge and shared with our group facts we'd never before heard, little bits of obscure testimony or pictures not often seen. The places JFK was shot are marked in the street, and Johnny took us to all significant places alongside those marks, commenting all the while on guns, bullets used, trajectories, and of course, the grassy knoll and what might have happened. (My opinion: it did.)
Johnny was also a wealth of information regarding the links between the major players: Kennedy, Oswald, Jack Ruby, and Officer Tippet. Fascinating; we were on the edge of our seats. There was never a dull moment.
Johnny was everything you could have wished for on a very hot and humid Dallas day -- he kept an eye on everyone, letting us know that we could request a stop for drinks or the bathroom, and he made sure that as we walked (very little walking, by the way), everyone could hear him as he shared his knowledge of the JFK assassination. He was considerate of slower movers like my husband and me.
10 thumbs up; the tour as well as Johnny Aguilar and his wonderful Dallas accent!
