Seeing Oswaldā€™s boarding house, where officer Tippet was shot and the movie theater really helped tie that days events together. Preston was a great tour guid.

There was no air conditioning in the van it was 107Ā° outside there was only seven of us thank God otherwise we probably wouldā€™ve Choked in there imagine driving around three hours with no air condition this is very unfair and I demand a refund the driver Preston was very knowledgeable but he was sweating also this is not fair these people know that the air conditioner was not working and Iā€™ll bet you a dollar that theyā€™re using that van today with no AC this is not the way to do business my name is armando presti and again I demand a refund

Dear guest, first and foremost I would like to offer our most hummbled apologies that this tour did not meet you're expectations. That said I would also like to remind you of what "good business" is .. You do not go to a restaurant finish your steak, sides even started salad and demand a refund. Bottom line , YOU ATE THE STEAK. I will also make it very clear that the a/c on the van did infact work or we would have in absolutely no form or fashion used it , this is why we have many vans. I would also like to bring to your attention for almost 25 years , thousands of 5 star reviews and literally hundreds of thousands of kind, greatful amazing guests over the years that we go above and beyond to do everything in our power to make our guests comfortable and safe. This includes offering personal mini fans, ice water , rest stops and so on.This is what makes us what we are today and will continue to be. With all do respect, we are all adults and it's very simple .. if this tour was SO TORTUROUS AND GRUELING you simply END IT AND GET A REFUND. THAT SIMPLE . You chose to eat the steak and now you want it for free. I'll repeat you were the ONLY ONE on this tour with these concerns and who is demanding you get it for free. This is not how business works , you and only you were in control to end this tour , YOU decided to stay and now you are demanding to get it for FREE . This is very unfortunate, and simply does not make since. We hope your next tour , hopefully in the winter meets all your expectations. Take care and the best of regards .

Wonderful experience. The price included the ticket for the JFK Museum. Our tour guide, Johnny Aguilar, was very entertaining, knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. He made sure that we were golden. Johnny made the tour fun. We walked a little bit and we rode on a van which was great because it was 101 degrees outside. We went to the JFK Memorial, the site of the assassination, the grassy knoll, the boarding house where Oswald was staying, the place where Oswald shot officer Tippet, and the theater where Oswald was arrested. Give yourself enough time for the museum. It took us 3 hours to see all the exhibits. Weā€™ll be definitely be recommending this tour to our friends and weā€™ll take it again if we ever go back to Dallas
