This tour gave more information and insight into the jfk assassination than I thought there would be. Very good tour. The website said it is wheelchair accessible. It is not. And if you have a walker, you might want to also reconsider. The door is narrow and the benches of the trolly are cool, but very narrow and there isn’t much to hold on to if you need to stabilize yourself.

Our trolleys are authentic trolleys. We do not operate shuttle buses or airport vans to do our tours. I see you are in the same booking group as Lesley_E . Our regular trolley that has a wheelchair lift is currently in the shop for repairs and awaiting parts. We have taken the wheelchair accessible feature off of the website.

This tour falsely advertised that it is wheelchair accessible when it is not. This caused great danger and disappointment to my nephew who uses a wheelchair and had to be carried up and down the trolley steps, putting him and the Good Samaritan who helped us at great risk.

We do have a trolley with a wheel chair lift, however that trolley is in the mechanic shop for repairs. Throwing small companies a 1 start review is just not fair, as mechanical breakdowns are out of our control. We have taken the wheelchair accessible feature off the website.

Although I was familiar with the JFK assassination story, the tour pointed out many interesting details. Seeing the places where the events took place was fascinating. The logistics were excellent -- prerecorded narration in a loud, clear voice, air-conditioned trolley, timely departure. Highly recommend!
