The prompt asked me about my experience and an experience it was. It was an hour+ long tour and about 6 minutes of it was about JFK. The trolley took us down the motorcade route, where the driver slowed to show us where JFK was shot, then she sped up for dramatic effect to show us the route that was taken to the hospital. We then spent the next hour on the route that Lee Harvey Oswald took on foot to evade the police. We even went to the house where he shot the police officer whilst attempting to evade arrest. We ALSO drove the route Jack Ruby walked to the police station to shoot Lee Harvey Oswald. It was the hour long Lee Harvey Oswald Tour that we never wanted. The tour should be renamed the Lee Harvey Oswald Tour because we certainly did not learn much at all about JFK.

I am sorry you did no appreciate the JFK Trolley tour. Everyone knows that JFK was shot and killed in Dallas however, almost no one knows what it was like to BE HERE in Dallas on Nov 22, 1963. That what the trolley does, it takes you back to that day as we recount the events as they unfolded. Why was JFK in Dallas?, Why was there a motorcade? What was life like for JFK and America in the early 1960's. The JFK tour is very detailed, as we cover all 4 days of the assassination.

Best decision ever to go on this tour. I would have regretted not going. If you are on the fence whether to go or not, GO !

The JFK trolley ride was fun and informative. The price was very reasonable. For the most part, it was a pre-recorded. There were lulls in the recording that I felt could have been filled with tidbits of information.
