Captain Ron made our 4 ½-hour tour through Joshua Tree National Park a delight. He is very knowledgeable about the geology, plants and animals in this desert, and he made the desert come alive for us. We saw beautiful and colorful flowers that we might not have noticed if we had been on our own, and then learned how the Serrano, Cahuilla, Chemehuevi and Mojave tribes used them for food and medicine.

I had a wonderful time on the tour. Captain Ron has a clear passion for his work and is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Hopefully, I will never get lost in the desert, but I learned some interesting survival tips just in case. The other folks on the tour were interested in photography as well, so Ron showed us some secrets of the desert that we might not have noticed on our own. It was also interesting to hear about his personal adventures, especially as a fellow tennis fan. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We had poor weather expected and limited time in the area, so taking this tour was perfect! Anita showed us all of the highlights and personalized the tour with our feedback. Great first time visit to Joshua Tree. We were able to have fantastic photo opportunities too. Convenient pick up snd drop off. Highly recommended.
