& Juliet on Broadway Ticket

Overview
Juliet’s new story bursts to life through a playlist of pop anthems as iconic as her name, including “Since U Been Gone”‚ “Roar”, “Baby One More Time”, “Larger Than Life”‚ “That’s The Way It Is”, and “Can’t Stop the Feeling” – all from the genius songwriter/producer behind more #1 hits than any other artist this century. Break free of the balcony scene and get into this romantic comedy that proves there’s life after Romeo. The only thing tragic would be missing it.

& Juliet comes direct from London’s West End with an award-winning creative team that includes writer David West Read, songwriter and music producer Max Martin, choreographer Jennifer Weber, and director Luke Sheppard.

The show is horrible. Bad music, bad plot, fat dancers on stage dancing for Britney Spears songs… and kissing guys, yes, right on stage. Well, if you like this kind of culture, then of cause you’ll like the show. For me - it was gross performance and $500 down the drain. They should really put all of this on the posters, so people like me won’t buy tickets and won’t bring their kids to see this freak show.

This musical was funny and the music was great. The story of Romeo and Juliet was twisted in a very interesting way with Shakespeare’s wife deciding to have a different ending and Shakespeare constantly interfering with his wife’s plans to add the drama. The pop songs were added with perfect timing to enhance the musical. You leave this musical singing and smiling.

The actress playing Anne Hathaway takes over this show and if it weren't for her not sure it would have been the same. As this show is entertaining because I love Katy Perry, it was disappointing. Guess it is important to read the reviews more carefully because I expected a take off of the actual Romeo and Juliet. The storyline is queer and a modern take on what would have happened if...... Further, be prepared to share a bathroom with men and women together. It was appalling to watch a mother cover her little girl's eyes as she passed men peeing in the urinals. Not sure if there was another bathroom and just read that there is a single private bathroom and everyone else shares a bathroom. We were all directed to this one, and If there was another bathroom wish I would have known.
