No-bag policy. If you have medical needs that require a carry on, please note at time of booking. All bags brought to base will be stored in the tour office until you return from your flight
Dress warmly and in layers, and wear rubber-soled shoes such as a light hiking boot or athletic shoes. The tour company will provide overshoes and can supply raincoats as needed. Remember to bring your camera, film and binoculars!

Please ensure your weight is in the correct format (kgs/lbs) when you include your weight at checkout
ADA - We have an ADA lift that assists guests with getting in and out of the helicopter. If guests use the ADA lift, they will be required to stay inside the helicopter on the glacier. While on the glacier the pilot-guide will open the doors so guests can still take in the sights, sounds and smells. The ADA lift has a weight restriction of no more than 250 lbs. You MUST notify Coastal Helicopters if you will be requiring the ADA helicopter lift.

Spectacular and so much fun. It was hazy all morning and I was afraid that it would be cancelled. But the afternoon turned clear and off we went. Our pilot was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He took us to Herbert Glacier where there was no other air traffic and set us down flawlessly. There was ultimate quiet and you could hear the glacier movement. We even drank glacier water. This is a once in a lifetime experience and we would recommend it to everyone. The entire company staff was great!

An amazing adventure. The weather was perfect, the scenery was beautiful. The only drawback was flight was too crowed for the price we paid.

It was a uniquely exhilarating experience to walk on the icefield. Our pilot was very informative on the trip to and from the glacier and assisted the group to ensure everyone's safety. The staff were extremely professional and actively engaged our group on what to expect and took excellent pictures.
