Had a great time on the water with Regina and Gabe. Saw whales, porpoises, sea lions ... Regina and Gabe were professional, informative, and friendly. Had 8 on board ... very nice ... didn't miss the larger, crowded boats.Though not associated with Princess, everything went smoothly from pickup to return. No doubt they would be well aware of departure time and you would not miss the boat. Friends booked a glacier tour with a company with no Princess affiliation ... late return ... luckily boat waited a bit for them.

Even though Harv and Marv are no longer in the picture you can't go wrong with this company. H&M sold the company to people they knew would carry on their reputation. We were met where our ship came in and were promptly (it was drizzling) escorted to a small bus to wait for the other guests. There were about 16-18 people on our bus. When we arrived at Auk Harbor we were divided into 3 groups. My husband and I got a "private" tour with Christine on a smaller boat that holds 5 + captain but it was just us!! We set out right away and right away saw eagles and a whale!! We continued out and continued to see whales. Mostly we saw the spray and then they would dive, so lots of tails, no breeching. When you go whale watching you never know what you're going to get. Christine was knowledgeable and anxious to give us a great day. She did! Note: We were on a small boat (the others that went out were a bit larger) and we did get "rocked and rolled" a bit so if you get queasy on the water this might not be the size boat for you. The office staff that I contacted were very polite and answered my questions.

Captain Gabe and Naturalist Regina gave us a great day on the bay. We saw a number of whales and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The group of six on the smaller boat is the way to do it.
