Overview

Our general tour! Meet our Dock Rep at your cruise ship dock and board our courtesy shuttle. Enjoy a scenic ride to the Auke Bay boat harbor and return (about 25 minutes each way). A complimentary stop at the Brotherhood Bridge for a view of the Mendenhall Glacier is available before or after each tour depending on that day's schedule and weather. Enjoy the difference of a personalized tour! About 4 hours and 15 minutes. This 4 hour and 15 minute tour includes approximately 1 hour of round trip transfer time, 3 hours of whale watching/sightseeing cruise, walking on the dock to the boat, and bathroom breaks.

John and Zach were a great crew to provide knowledge and fun to our whale tour. We especially appreciate that we were able to have the boat to ourselves and their patience in our overwhelming excitement in seeing the whales, eagles, etc. We loved every minute!!

We loved our trip with Captain John and James. They were patient and had a wealth of knowledge. We learned about the wildlife, weather and glaciers. We saw whales, sea lions, seals, eagles and enjoyed the ride. The boat was comfortable and kept us dry and warm. It was great being able to stand on the front and back of the boat for better views. Thanks for everything!

Highly recommended. Great trip, saw plenty of whales and sea lions and dalls porpoises. John and Zack both very friendly and very knowledgeable. All four of us from Wales enjoyed the whole experience. Very informative map at the end, only picture I took, but took tons of videos. Thank you very much!
