Fantastic whale watching adventure! The orcas were all around the boat by their choice as we had stopped and they came up and looked at us with as much delight as we felt watching them! ( Hope I got our hosts names right—not sure I still have the card!)

Had a great time on our whale watching trip with Christine and Terry. Saw quite a few whales. Then went to the salmon bake for some really tasty food. Would strongly recommend this trip. Only problem was that we stayed out for so long on the water due to the amount of whales, that we arrived late to the salmon bake when it was too dark to look around.

Lots of whale watching, beautiful views, and lots of information from a naturalist. We had a wonderful captain who was always on the lookout. Also passed some seals lazying about on the buoys. The salmon bake was a nice ending to a wonderful day. Tasty salmon, wonderful beans and side dishes, and nice little stroll to the waterfall. Great trip, highly recommend!
