We were told that we had to see canals of Fort Lauderdale; home of super yachts and super mansions. The issue was how to see all the mansions while being toured by a professional and not cost an arm and a leg? The perfect solution was to get on the Jungle Queen Riverboat! Me and the family bought the 90 minute narrated morning tour. This was perfect! The boat is near cruise port and most of the cruise hotels, no more than a few miles away. The seating was comfortable enough, your butt will start to sag through the bottom by the end of the tour though, LOL. The tour has a bar with alcohol and soft drinks, able to fulfill any of your beverage needs. The narrator was great, able to keep your attention with a bit of humor to keep things fun and interesting. It is crazy to see all the mansions and hear about the stories and cost of some of the largest properties. 90 minutes is perfect! Just when you are about to get bored about hearing about someone else’s riches, the tour is over and you’re off to your next adventure. Highly recommended!

The cruise was great! The guide only talks about the history of the area for about 30 minutes in the beginning and 15 minutes towards the end so it gives you time to relax and just enjoy the views. Although I do wish he talked about the areas that we passed through in the middle. Overall he was a great guide and kept the history interesting! My friends and I had a great time.

Very informative and tour guide/staff were great. The sites of the tour were awesome as well. Plus, they have a full bar on the boat to buy drinks during tour ride.
