What To Expect

Kailua Beach Park

This will be the starting point for your time on the ocean with your tour. Our experienced guides will help you get into your kayak and take you off shore to Popoi'a Island where you will see local shore bords, tide pools and caves.

This activity was not at all what we expected. This was for a more advanced experience. The paddling out to flat island was difficult. The tour was VERY disorganized. We were scheduled for the 2.5 hr tour but when we got there they didn't have a guide at first that could take us out and instead offered us the 5 hr which we didn't want. Then, they don't tell you that you have to carry the very heavy kayaks to the insertion point. Then when we got back, we were told we would have to wait for the 5 hr tour to complete to get a ride back to Waikiki. Thankfully our nice tour guide, Iliana (?) took us in her own private vehicle. Iliana was the only plus to this tour...she was great... experienced and knowledgable.

Great time kayaking and snorkeling for beginners! Special shout out to Grace for good leadership with a group with different skillsets. A great value!
