Not recommended for pregnant travelers
Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Minimum age is 12 years old AND THEY MUST WEIGH AT LEAST 100 lbs. for the Segway base to operate correctly.
Participants under 18 MUST be with a parent or responsible party 21yrs or older to sign waiver.
Maximum weight is 260lbs.
Dress code: closed-toe shoes are best, no heels, weather appropriate layers, and no hats worn under helmets.
Sorry, NO PREGNANT Segway tour participants!
NOT recommended for those with restricted mobility issues, must be able to stand comfortably for up to 2 hrs.
NOT recommended for those with recent hip or knee replacement or back surgeries.
NOT ALLOWED FOR PREGNANT TRAVELERS.

What To Expect

Segway, Bike & Stroll

This tour takes participants around the grounds of the nearby art museums and gardens. It does NOT go to The Plaza area.

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art

We tour near the museum and the nearby gardens.

Kyle was terrific! Very patient in teaching us how to ride the Segway and so knowledgeable about the art, art school, and gallery. Was surprised how easy it was to learn the Segway and how much fun it was! We will be back!

Equipment was worthy. Guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. The instructions and trainingwe received helped.

Kyle was very patient with teaching us and knew a lot about the areas we went to. It was a good balance of checking out the sites and getting to play on the Segway. We had a great time!
