Shared tours available only on Thursdays, private tours available Mon-Sat.

We will take you on a journey to enjoy the highlights of Kauai's South and West. Marvel at the power of nature as we share with you legends, history, culture and the geology of our islands. A day filled with many leisure stops, and opportunities to eat and shop local.

Included on this tour are several stops at the famous Waimea Canyon, the Spouting Horn, Kauai Coffee and more. See full route details under "What to Expect".

Wear comfortable clothing, good walking shoes, hat or cap and sunglasses.
If you weigh 280 lbs and up please contact us so we can make arrangements to give you an extra seat. There will be an additional fee for this.
No refunds pass the 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.
In consideration for on time guests and our after hours duties we are unable to wait for late arrivals.
We can drop off guest at the cruise port at 3:30pm, and the airport.

What To Expect

Spouting Horn

Our adventure begins with a drive through the famous Poipu Tree Tunnel, followed by a visit to the beautiful Spouting Horn, an extinct lava tube that became a water geyser. Marvel at the power of nature as the waves crash on the shore and water rushes through the tube. Your guide will share the legend of the site, sound effects and all.

Hanapepe

Second in our agenda is a visit to the charming and historic Hanapepe town. Here you will have time to walk across the famous swinging bridge, built in 1912, enjoy some pastries at a local bakery, and visit some of the local art galleries and souvenir shops. For Disney lovers, this is the town of Lilo & Stich.

Waimea Canyon State Park

Waimea Canyon State Park is one of Kauai's gems, known as the mini Grand Canyon of the Pacific. Here we will make 3 stops, including the main lookout at 3400 feet elevation. You will see the Canyon from various angles and also the Forbidden island of Niihau from afar. Many stories will be shared and fabulous pictures taken. Majestic beauty at its finest!

Kauai Coffee Company

After lunch, get ready to visit the magical world of coffee at the largest plantation in the USA, Kauai Coffee Co. Sample many roasts for free at the visitor center, take a stroll through the coffee tree garden, and shop for a wide selection of the freshest beans at their gift shop. Don’t like coffee? Enjoy an ice cream or cold beverage at the snack shop.

Coco Maria from Kauai Soul Travel deserves recognition for the wonderful experience she provided to all of us. Excellent communication from the start, punctuality in picking us up in a very nice and super clean van, extremely well organized providing us with bathroom breaks, lunch and snack, and knowledgeable/entertaining information about the places we visited. But, above all, the friendliness and comradery we experienced during this tour thanks to her. A perfect recipe for an unforgettable experience in the gorgeous places we visited. Coco made this the best excursion of the week. Even with the unpredictable weather, we did everything and more! The best part was taking a stop at Hanapepe, a treasured town where Lilo & Stitch took place. Coco was an excellent guide, very fun. knowledgeable, and hilarious. Wished I would have booked a second excursion with her, but if we ever return to Kauai, I will definitely book another excursion with her. A must for anyone who has never been to Kauai!!
