Kauai's Waimea Canyon and South Side Private Guided Tour

Overview
[FOR UP TO 6 PASSENGERS, private tour]
This tour starts by heading directly to the Waimea Canyon on the west side. On the way there, we will stop to stretch our legs and take a look at the Hanapepe Valley overlook. At Waimea town, we will begin our ascent into the canyon. We will stop at about 1800 feet for our first view, stop at a miniature waterfall for pictures, take a short walk on a nature trail with native Hawaiian plants where you can stand at the very edge of the canyon, and then on to the main canyon viewing area. From there we will head to the top stopping to see the Waipo'o Falls on the way. At the very top we will view two different vantage points of the Kalalau Valley from 4700 feet down to the ocean. On the way back down, listen to a historical tale about the Kalalau Valley. Lunch. Then to the south side for Spouting Horn, Poipu Beach (monk seals) and a walk to see the Makauwahi Sinkhole Cave in Mahaulepu State Park.

Noah, It was a pleasure to meet you, your tour was the best, it made our visit to Kauai very special and informative. Youā€™re personal touch with musical hiking was especially memorable. Thank you for a very personable experience. Randy and Suzanne Simpson

We loved Noah's West/South shore tour so much that we contacted him a few days later to sign up for his East/North tour and luckily he was able to squeeze us in! I cannot imagine a better way to see the island or a better person to do it with than Noah. This is a steal for what you get out of the day. Highlights of our trip, no doubt!

Our group of six loved our day with Noah...it was so nice to have someone knowledgeable about the island and culture do the driving, take us to the must sees of Kauai and share with us his lore and traditional story telling. He clearly is a man of many talents...he played the ukulele for us as we hiked a trail, expertly shared the fruits of the island, was our group photographer and thought of every little detail to make this a great experience. We decided to take the Waimea Canyon tour the first day on the island so we could use all of Noahā€™s tips for the rest of our stay.
