Waited for over an hour for a morning snorkel tour. The tour guide no showed for a kayak/snorkel adventure. Called company multiple times and left a voicemail-still no returned phone calls. Thankfully another company accommodated our group so we could actually kayak and snorkel in Maui. Would not recommend booking with this company.

Red is disorganized and tour was slow. We were on the beach for over an hour while they got the very small tour of five ready to go out. Saw some turtles, which was great - Red didn't seem to remember where the cleaning ground was, so the five of us swam around until we found them. Snack was gross - Walmart granola bars and pineapple cut up and placed in a shared container. We all ended up asking to be taken back to shore before the second snorkel stop because it was already 11:00 (met at 7:30 and tour was supposed to be 3.5 hours) and some of us felt sick from all the sitting and waiting on the ocean. Would not recommend.

Roger is the best kayak guide on Maui. He is knowledgeable, prepared, safe and fun. He knows where to find the turtles and whales and you will have fun in the process. Thanks again Roger!
