Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

1st off No! Parking, No where to sit while waiting for your tour, boat driver drove way too fast and was rude. The site says you get snacksI asked for water oh we don't have any. The Many as were cool

Aloha Michelle, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry this was not a positive experience for you. I will be reviewing your comments with our owners to try and better improve our services for future guests. This time of year parking can be tough to find due to the high volume of visitors that we see. Parking is free but most guest's usually have to park along the side of the road and then walk down to the boat launches. This is the norm for most companies departing out of Keauhou. The other option is to use a company that departs from Honokohau Harbor. However, departing out of Honokohau harbor usualy comes with a higher booking cost due to the longer boat ride and increased fuel needs. Because Keauhou is primarily a boat launch space for seating is limited. As a company we can look into purchasing some folding chairs to improve upon this for our guests. My apologies if our captian was short with you and eager to get you to the manta viewing sight. I will be sure to bring this to his attention. We do provide complimentary hot drinks and snacks for our guests. If you are referring to cold water I am sorry we did not have that availble for you. I'm happy to hear that you did enjoyed the mantas and hope that you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay on the Big Island. Sincerely, Ashlie

The manta rays were breathtaking. The boat ride to the snorkeling spot was quick, the guide efficient in getting us into the water and comfortable and the mantas just kept coming. So cool
