In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

Thank you team!!! It was amazing. We went out with Captain Dillon to see the Manta rays last night. Small boat only 6 people, no messing around, quick info session from Lihou, 5 min ride to the location and then in the water to watch these glorious sea creatures(30min). Zach provided information about the Mantas as we watched them and he kept us positioned for optimum viewing. They were so magnificent and close. Highly recommend you see these glorious beasts, and do it with captain Dillon and his team!!

The manta rays were very cool! I was a little scared at first but it was such an incredible experience to be in the water and up close with these gentle giants.
