In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

Excellent people. We had a family emergency and needed to re-schedule, the owner was a sweetheart and very responsive and accommodating. The boat crew was outstanding as well in their kindness, politeness and knowledge about the mantas. BOOK THEM!

One of the best experience in the sea. Seeing these giant animals was incredible. The manta rays were swimming with big open mouth right toward us.. as if we were next on the menu. Fabulous experience for sure.

Seeing the manta rays was awesome. The tour company, not so much. They were disorganized, didn’t start on time, and had poor equipment which made the experience much less enjoyable. Bring your own snorkel mask to avoid issues.
