In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

Awesome adventure with Keith and Corey! Saw a few mantas and had one very close encounter with one thst gave us a beautiful barrel roll

We had a very amazing tour with Manta! First, the price of the tour is reasonable. We found comparable cheap price on Groupon but we can only use one ticket per tour. However they can price match for another person! The communication is very easy. The crew and tour guide are very friendly, helpful in getting us prepared. We have a very lovely dog on board with us. Compared to other big companies, our tour size is small which is so great! We got to be with Manta so close, everyone is so excited. Our tour guide is so experienced in helping us find the Manta. We are in water around 30 minutes which is great because you’ll get cold and a bit sea sick if drifting too long. I think the length is very reasonable. Short but sweet. We had hot chocolate and snack after return. Very happy.

Kelly and crew are incredible!!!! Kelly was so knowledgeable and helpful! Boat ride was great too! Met Kelsey and will never forget her! 10/10 would go again!!!
