In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

This experience was so slick! Absolutely incredible! The mantas swam right up to you and the instructors made it so easy, you didn’t have to worry about a thing. 10/10 would recommend even if you’re not much of a swimmer. Shoutout to Jimmy, Keith, and Cory for making our experience so smooth and stress-free. I would DEFINITELY do this again. Make sure you bring a waterproof case for your phone cuz you will want to take videos!

Jimmy, Keith, and Cory were awesome. Well organized. Every question answered and contingency accounted for. Professional and courteous. Short and sweet yet felt unrushed. Offered drinks and treats. Cory, Jimmy and Keith were fantastic! What an incredible experience! Thanks guys. I really liked how well organized the excursion was. From the orientation to the water, this was a well oiled machine. Loved it and would do it again!
