Booked via Virgin who informed us pick up was from our hotel, it wasnā€™t! Cost is $25 to get to the pick up point at Senior Frogs. City Sightseeing Orlando then didnā€™t turn up at the tour start time of 8.30am, they arrived at 10am. An hour and a half later and time missed off our already expensive trip. We actually got to Kennedy at 11.30am when it was busy and had to rush and miss things to get the bus back at 5.15pm. I pity the poor people on our bus that booked the air boats, as they got picked up at 3.15pm!!! Kept the whole party waiting and had a limp apology of sorts and in the next breath they asked for tips!!!! A great disappointment!!!!!!!

Thank you for commenting. Once again we apologize for the late transportation. This unfortunate delay with the transport company was really out of our control. It seems that you were given incorrect information from Virgin as we have not offered individual hotel pick ups in more that 5 years. This tour happen to be on a day Kennedy was having an after park hours launch. In order to make for time lost that morning, all guest were given the opportunity to stay late and as a bonus they did get to see a launch. All but three families were very happy with that option.

We had this tour on July 28th 2022. The bus picked us up one hour and a half later. They told us the pick up time was 8:30 am and the bus arrived until 10:00 a.m. The call center service was poor. When we called they kept telling us that they did not had an exact time for the bus to arrive, that we should talk to the guide. The guide told us that she had the same information as us and that she was just another employee. We did not get any kind of compensation for the time lost although we asked for it and, obviously, we did not had enough time to visit all de Kennedy Space Center.
