The best thing I can say about this tour is that they waited 5 minutes for us when we notified them that we were arriving late. (Our NCL cruise docked at Ward's Cove rather than the main cruise terminal).
There were two vans of approx 13 people each. The airflow was terrible in the van (COVID risk), and although I repeatedly told our guide that we could not hear her from the back of the van, she did not raise her voice. It was her first day doing the tour and she mostly told us (what I could hear) about growing up on Ketchikan. There was very little information about the island itself or what we were supposed to be seeing at the various stops (e.g., Rotary Beach). Unfortunately, we also did not see any bears, and at that stop (the hatchery) they could have taken us/directed us to various viewing points. It simply was a subpar experience to be driven around to various sites without receiving much information about any of them.
