Terrible. The lack of communication from this group was miserable. Our ship docked 20 minutes away, the line to get on a bus to head to the pick up location was nearly an hour long and caused several of us to miss the tour. The length of the line wasn’t their fault. When I messaged and explained the situation the only reply I got was ā€˜u on the bus yet?’ And nothing else. Never told me they were leaving, waiting.. nothing. If you’re looking for a tour like this, don’t buy here. But when you get to the dock, it will be cheaper, better quality and better communication.

You say Several. But only your group of two an another group of two. Waited until the last minute to catch the shuttle to town. We had 22 people from the NCl on time. They seen whales bears seals an other sea live. Waiting 15 to 20 mins on guest who don't read their description of our meeting place. Could have caused our visitors who showed up on time. To miss the wild life. An the schedule for the rest of the day is off. My advice. Don't wait until 7:59 to board a shuttle to town. For a 8am tour you scheduled. P.s. yes you got a cheaper tour. An your group didn't see anything but the pretty views our town has to offer But we do thank you for your review.

It wax an awesome day! Our guide was so knowledgeable about local history and told us wonderful stories about the First Nations people and their customs. We saw lots of wildlife, no bears or whales though. But that was ok, we still had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Wow! What a fantastic trip with Shane! We saw so many animals, including Whales, seals, Eagles, and Bears! Including one bear that crossed the road right in front of us! Shane was very informative and so passionate about this beautiful town he calls home. We would highly recommend Seaside Tours, it truly was great! Thanks again Shane, you were fantastic! Next time we’ll stay a few days! 😊
