Overview

The Ketchikan All In One tour provides both the historical and scenic parts of Ketchikan, in a fully narrated 2.5 hour seaside tour. We will share our history rich city (including Creekstreet and the salmon ladder), explore the world's largest collection of totem poles at Saxman Native Village, have a chance to view a wide variety of wildlife at Herring Cove (including bears, seals and eagles) and see a beautiful waterfall. We travel comfortably in deluxe 14 passenger vans.

We saw bears, a whale, seals, eagles. Informative guide who knew the area really well. The transportation not the most comfortable.

Be careful booking a tour that starts at the cruise port if you are on a Norwegian Cruise ship. They dock a 20 minute drive away from the visitor center. You have to take a shuttle to get to town. We got off the ship immediately and got in line for the shuttle. We stood there for almost an hour wait to board. Since the line was moving so slowly we reached out to Our guide through the app. He replied that he would not wait for late arrivals. We were 15 minutes late getting to the pick up point and the tour was gone. We found a trolley tour that went to the same places that our original tour was going and our tour van was at the same places. Viator would not refund us even though there was no way we could have made. We ran into another group that missed the same tour. Super poor communication with the guide and little understanding. We are very disappointed that they would not even give a partial refund.

On this day I can say we had big groups. Everyone made it on time except for your group of two an another group of two. And All of our guest that morning came from the NCL. We are very clear on our meeting point. We do understand that the visitors that made it on time. Will be given their full time. So the 15 to 20 minutes we would have waited for the groups who wait until the last minute to get a shuttle to town. We would have missed the whales an the bears. An the rest of our groups throughout the day would have been late. If you are traveling with NCL. Don't wait until the last minute to catch a shuttle into town. Two vans went out on time. Caught whales bears. Sea life an more. But we are glad you enjoyed your trolley ride with a great view of the city.

Shane was fantastic—knowledgeable, funny, and full of great stories. Despite the rainy day, we were incredibly lucky and saw seals, eagles, sea creatures on the beach, the salmon run, and Shane lead us to the best spot to see black bear, and we were lucky to see one! Highly recommended!
