We hadn’t organised a tour in Ketchikan so booked to do the duck tour. 45 minutes on land and 45 on water. The driver & attendant are witty and take you on a small tour of the town and then take to the water. I think more could be made of the water tour as it just seems to go round in a loop without a lot to see. The seats are very small without a lot of leg room so difficult for the very tall or people with limited mobility. The stairs up into the bus are pretty steep too.

Thankful for you reaching out to us. We can not learn or grow as a family owned and operated company without the feedback from our customers. The land portion of our tour is locked to a specific route as we have local regulations we have to abide by. And when it comes down to the water section of the tour we have many factors in the route we take. Depending on tides and also how many Cruise ships are in port can affect where we can or can't go. Plus we have very strict regulation based on wildlife as well. We always try and offer the very best tour for each and every customer. seating is designed so that we have room for customers to get up and take pictures and see all that Ketchikan has to offer. The steps up onto the Duck are more of a challenge for some customers but we can always help with both the enterence and exit of the duck. Many Thanks Dominic Farley

Our tour was in a misty rain -- what else is new in Ketchikan? Our guide Jason ?? was excellent. He is a Ketchikan native and could answer all our questions and had a real insight into the area. I would definitely recommend this tour. It is in a specially-built duck, not a WWII refit; so it's much more comfortable. And it's covered, so you don't get wet!

We are glad we did the one and a half hour duck tour. It was our first time in an amphibious vehicle. High up, so a good view. Driver was late middle-aged, with some knowledge of area, and dry humour. Guide (narrator) was a young man who knew the area well, and never stopped talking. He thought he was funny, and so did a few of our passengers. Lots to see in town. Less on the sea. Recommended.

Thank you for taking the time to review our Duck Tour. Good to read that your first time on an amphibious vehicle was a success. There is a lot to see in the town of Ketchikan and the Duck is a great way to see it!
