We had a great tour with Captian Gary and narrator Gil. Gil and Gary were funny and knowledgeable. Only complaint would be the Plexiglas should have been removed, it was a nice day.

Thank you for taking the time to review our Ketchikan Duck Tour. Since Ketchikan is prone to rain everyday the ducks are enclosed with Plexiglass and portholes on each panel, but the Captain or Narrator can lift the panels prior to entering the water. Good to read you had a great tour with Captain Gerry and Gil (narrator).

I was hesitant at first about doing this. But we had an amazing driver and the tour guide Isaac was wonderful! Learned some interesting facts and history about Ketchikan. The tour bus drives around town where they point out different areas of town and also give you history of the town. Afterwards you get to take a "tour" in the water. Granted you just go in the bay, but it was fun! The only draw back was the rain. But from what I understand it rains 300 days out of the year there! Another fact I learned while on the duck tour!

We arrived in Ketchikan on time with the cruise ship and had tickets for the 1.5 hour duck boat tour at 10 AM. I checked in with the duck tour attendant at the end of the ramp as per the ticket directions at 9 AM and was told to wait in the area adjacent to the parking lot and the duck tour vehicle would arrive and we would be allowed to board. We waited and all six of us were seated on the first vehicle that arrived but before it left we were told that we had to get off as we had missed our boarding time. We were also told that we were supposed to be on another duck tour boat farther down the dock, so we had to go to the main office and get new tickets and a new boarding time. Your attendant had us in full view all the time we were waiting and never once told us anything different than what we were originally told. This experience caused us to have to wait an additional 3 hours for the tour. The 1.5 hour tour took us about 4.5 hours to complete due to your neglect or inexperienced people. I will never recommend your tour to anyone.
